Our very first Bug Bear creation began with a large sheet of unused tarpaulin, bound for landfill. Seeing its potential sparked an idea — what if something discarded could be transformed into something bold, useful, and long-lasting? 

The First Tote. Made from durable, waterproof tarpaulin, it’s designed to withstand everyday adventures — from city streets to muddy trails. With reinforced webbing for strength and a handy front pocket for practicality, this tote proves that even the dullest, overlooked materials can be reimagined into something functional and eye-catching.
